Welcome to the Volunteer Skills Programme for the Netball World Cup 2023. We are excited to embark on a learning journey with you this coming weekend, featuring four insightful and interactive virtual lectures.

These lectures have been designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to make a significant contribution to the success of the Netball World Cup 2023. Each session will last two hours and delve into different aspects of the Volunteer Skills Programme.

On both Saturday and Sunday, we have two sessions scheduled. The morning lectures will run from 10:00 to 12:00, and the afternoon ones from 16:00 to 18:00.

Our Saturday sessions will focus on the overview of the Volunteer Skills Programme, followed by an in-depth exploration of the roles and responsibilities of a volunteer. We’ll discuss practical aspects of volunteering and dive into scenarios that may arise during the event.

On Sunday, we’ll delve into values and ethics, an essential aspect of your volunteer role, in the morning session. The final lecture will present a special topic specifically tailored to enhance your understanding and performance as a volunteer during the Netball World Cup 2023.
