Terms and Conditions for Use of the SkillsLink Website and E-Learning LMS, and Purchase of Course Materials and Other Items

2. Use of the Website and LMS

Quality Assurance: If any materials purchased do not get approved by the QCTO or SETA on the first round, SkillsLink commits to remediating the materials within 1 calendar month of receiving the SETA or QCTO evaluation report from the client.
5. Cancellations
Courses and Subscriptions: You can cancel any courses or subscriptions within 7 days of purchase unless you have already accessed or started the course.
6. User Content
Contributions: Users may post reviews, comments, and other content, provided it is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Rights to Use: By posting content, you grant SkillsLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: All personal information you provide to us will be treated as confidential and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the South African POPI Act 4 of 2013. SkillsLink will ensure compliance with POPIA by protecting against the unlawful collection, retention, dissemination, and use of personal information.
