There is a once-off lifetime setup and software fee of R9899 after which we charge a flat rate of R89 per month per open seat on the LMS. There are no hidden costs. If you have no active courses running, there is a minimum charge of R450 per month for hosting. We keep learner records and data indefinitely after a course ends at no extra cost. Our system is SETA, CHE, and QCTO compliant, ensuring that your courses meet the necessary standards.
You can create your own courses or white-label ours on the SkillsLink Academy LMS with your own branded landing page. No setup fees and simple payment structure of R89 per open seat per month. No fees are incurred if you have periods with no learners enrolled and all learner records are kept indefinitely.
